VP2 and GW >> RAINFALL

Message par iz1kbp »

Hi Antoine,
little question :
before I'va had Lacrosse 3650 and in my style sheet I read , for total rainfall, the right value displayed on console, using this line command>>
Totale annuo :\n$Stats[Year,TotalRainfall] $Unit[Rainfall]"
Now, with Vantage Pro 2 , using the same style sheet I dont read the same value displayd on consol (133.6 on consol and 141 in GW).
Do you have an Idea?
About bug in VP.dll on last revisione, is there any news?

Thank's

Hi,

I also have a VP2, and I use the "VantagePro.dll" plugin.
I don't notice any difference in TotalRainfall using $Stats[Year,TotalRainfall] between GW and the consol.

The values are also the same in statistics using "total-rainfall" tag.

I also checked dayly and monthly values, there is no differences.

So the problem is not with GW version 2.0.250b and VP2 using the "vantagepro.dll".

Antoine any idea ?

I'm using the the 220A rev because using the 250B (last) I read 110 instead of real 133.6 (consol).
Antoine say me time ago that there was a bug in VP DLL in last release, and due this, He suggest me to NOT use the last revision.
I'm using the same stylesheet but I read 2 different value!!

any idea? :?

Did you try to regenerate your database ?

As far I remember I didn't notice differences with version 220a as well.

Yes, I've regenerate the dbase.
I've seen another litle problem :
In 220 rev I've data from History.dat of my la crosse for yeat 2007 and 2008 and from wlk (for 2009)
When I regenerathe the dbase I've see 211mm for total and 44.5 for last 24h...as you can see...there is a big problem!!
I'm stayin in my olad 220 Rev..

I don't know what happens. Can you translate your history file in CSV or any excell format? It's easy to
verify the total rainfall.
