Always crash at startup

I've a problem with GW, that is working for me from 2009 without any problems.
But now when the sw starts, it crashes. No possibility to look settings. I've updated to latest version without any change.
I use it to process my WS2350 station.

Any ideas?

• This error occurs usually when you have an error in the data source file.
  You may also destroy the GW statistics database.bin file and rebuild it

If the problem occurs immediately , then the first point should be thoroughly considered.
It might have been interesting to get the error caracteristics (either msg or in the event viewer in the administration tools )
