Problème d'arrêt de l'exportation

Bonjour,

Il m'arrive très très régulièrement que l'exportation ne se fasse pas et cela aussi bien en FTP qu'en local. Il n'y a pas de message d'erreur et tout semble normal sur la fenêtre de GW.
Je dois quitter GW et le relancer pour que l'exportation se fasse à nouveau.
Parfois cela fonctionne plusieurs heures et parfois que qq minutes.
J'ai essayé sur deux PC différents et même chose, un sous Xp Pro et l'autre sous W2K SRV.
Ce pb est-il connu et y a t'il une solution ?

Bonjour,

Il faudrait que dans les options des exports FTP tu actives les log. Ensuite regarde dans FTP.log dans le répertoire de GraphWeather. Tu devrais avoir de l'information sur ce qui se passe.

J'ai mis en place le log et voila ci-dessous le résultat:
La mise à jour de 19:18 s'est bien déroulée mais les suivantes de 19:20 , 19:21 etc... sont ignorées mes fichiers ne bougent pas il restent ceux de 19:18 !!
Il faut que je stoppe GW et le relance pour regénérer les graphes

C'est bizarre car les exportations ne s'arrêtent jamais.
Tu as mis quoi comme temps entre chaques exportations (exporter toute les X minutes )?

J'ai mis toute les 5 minutes pour quatre graphes jour1 à 4 et toute les 60 mn pour graph1 à graph5.

Dans la liste Graph1 à 5 sont en premiers et jour1 à 4 à la suite.

Je comprends pas ce qui se passe.

Ci- dessous exemple GW a fonctionné pendant plusieurs heures hier et s'est stoppé à 22:25 sans aucun message j'ai du l'arrête ce matin à 9:44 !
J'ai du "tuer" la tâche car la fermeture normale de GW me laisse en mémoire graphweather.ex et me paralyse quasiment le PC.

Si tu trouve un début de piste je suis preneur.

je vais regarder ca de plus près, il doit y avoir un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la fréquence de mise à jour. Malheureusement (ou heureusement) j'ai modifié toute cette partie pour la version 1.7, donc patience.

Je suis impatiens de récupérer la version 1.7, en plus si cela peut permettre de régler mon problème ce ne sera que mieux.
Pour info j'ai modifié la fréquence de mise à jour pour voir un peu si cela change quelque chose.

Dans tous les cas bon courage pour le développement de ce produit et je vous en remercie beaucoup.

bonjour,

pour mon cas meme symptome, mais le log etait actif depuis longtemps.

En fait je me suis aperçu que le fichier log devenait tres important (17 Mo).

Ce qui engendre un temps d'ecriture et de traitement tres long, d'ou le " plantage de graphweather"

La solution, supprimer regulierement le fichier log.
