Export data in csv

Hi all,
I have DAT files from WSWIN (i think because i use the corresponding dll)
These DAT file is encrypted or something like that (open it with notepad and there is no figure only special caracter).

I can plot them with GraphWeather but i can't export these data to a common file like a csv or txt
Is it possible to do that easily?

Le problème est que je ne possède pas de station météo (une personne m'a filé ces fichiers là) et je n'arrive pas à les ouvrir avec wswin car la fonction importer ne les reconnait pas
Peut-être y a t'il une autre solution pour les ouvrir?

The issue is i don't have any weather station (these files come from another person) and i can't open them with wswin because the import function doesn't work.

si wswin ne peut les importer, c'est qu'il ont été créé par un autre programme, l'extension dat n'est pas spécifique à un programme.
Il faut connaître le programme qui a créé ces fichiers.

HeavyWeather crée aussi des fichiers dat pour les stations Lacrosse Technology, dans le répertoire de GW il y deux programmes pour lire ces fichiers, eWS3600.exe et eWS2300.exe, essaye avec on ne sais jamais.
