[RESOLU] Impossible d'exporter les Statistiques

bonjour à tous,

depuis quelques jours je ne peux plus exporter les statistiques.

Je m’explique, j'ai réalisé une première installation, tout fonctionne ... puis c'est la panne ... disque dur HS. heureusement j'avais une sauvegarde complète du disque.
Donc je remonte ma sauvegarde et hop tout refonctionne ... enfin presque les graphes OK mes les stats impossible! (error 5)
je revois tout ... et non rien de spécial...

je décide de faire un test en exportant vers mon propre disque et la ... ben ... pareil ...

Si vous avez une idée ... je suis preneur!

Donc ton problème est bien que tes statistiques sont à jours en local dans c:\GraphWeather\Statistics mais que rien ne s'exporte sur le serveur distant ?

Tu as une capture d'écran de l'architecture de ton site sur le serveur.

Bonjour Loïc,
La dernière version de GW est la 3.015. Elle fonctionne de façon tout à fait correcte.
Peux-tu mettre une copie de ton fichier config.cfg dans ton prochain post ainsi que des logs FTP.
Comme Pierre-André, je pense que tu ne télécharges pas au bon endroit. Je ne vois pas de répertoire www sur ton site, il ne semble pas que ce soit le répertoire de base. As-tu essayé meteo/Statistics/ ?

À cause du www en début du chemin

de mémoire il me semble que le rep Statistics doit etre à la racine du site
fais l'essai suivant
mettre Statistics dans www/ au lieu de www/meteo/
modifier le chemin en conséquence : www/Statistics
chez moi c'est comme ça et je n'ai jamais eu de souci

Le problème n'est pas sur ton PC, mais sur ton site,
ton répertoire Statistics existe bien, mais il n'y a aucun sous-répertoire, ils ne sont pas créés. Le problème peut être un droit de créer les répertoires.
Les fichiers de base de la racine de statistics sont bien remontés.
