often I have this window error

FTP Upload has been stopped
The following message has been sent:

Main thread stopped due to an error. Unable to connect, error 12015
Check connection parameters

FTP Error 12015 says: ERROR_INTERNET_LOGIN_FAILURE.The request to connect to and log on to an FTP server failed.

Now, I'm using GW 2.0.290b

Try to enable the option "Disable popup error messages".

Hello,
it seems obvious that GW is your only meteo program having FTP errors, because it's the only one, out of the 3, making FTP transferts.
I would suggest that you disable all GW FTP operations, and you use a standalone soft to replace it for transfering automatically your data. This will help you defining if its GW or your connection provider which is faulty. ( for this kind of operation, I personally use "syncback" to put the burden out of GW which is heavily loaded here... but there are other softs able to do the job)
