Error running data editor for WS-2350

Hi,
my name is Giuseppe,
could someone help me to solve this problem?
I've attached an image of the error.
I tried to install the whole GW package and only the stand-alone exe file to
edit the "history.dat" file, but unfortunaly I received the same error...

Anyone know other editing method for the history.dat file?

I found the solution.
An winiXP upgrade was necessary.
In particular I've install the .NET Framework from
the microsoft update web site.
