The statistics reset if the database structure have changed. For this release I have modified the structure to include for example CoolDegreeDays, HeatDegreeDays.

I will take a look at your problems of memory. Did you have many tabs during the test?

If you are referring to open tabs I had none open. Like I stated in my previous thread I am unable to open Statistics Database at all. If you need more info please let me know.

What is the plugin you use, WS3600?

Note that the "Fast record search" has been disabled in WS3600 plugin because HW have serious bug.

Yes I have exports set. I have 11 exports but they worked fine before this latest build. I am using the Davis plug in.

Just wondering if you have found anything on this is issue yet. I know that you are probably busy. I hope you don't feel that I am pushing you. One more quick question can I reinstall the previous version over the 245b version.

Hi Chuck,

I re-install the 2.0.220a version the 245b version without any problem.
I use Vantage plugin too, and the 245b version doesn't work properly when regerating stats

Thanks for the info I reinstalled the 2.0.220a version with no issue as well. Looks like the issue is both with the English and French versions.

You can reinstall the old version on new version. I have no time to investigate now, but with my config it's works fine, also 40Mb in memory.
Try to make a fresh install, or flush your statistics directory.

If I do a fresh install. Can I backup my current stuff and just copy it to the fresh install or are you saying start all over. When you mean flush do you mean delete the entire directory then upgrade or upgrade and then delete (flush) the directory.

First you can delete your statistics directory, and regenerate it in GW.
If you have always the same issue, you can try to make a clean install, configure your plugin\sources, try to generate the stats and check the application behaviour.

In all cases make a backup of your current GW directory!

Regard the same problem of pidou and andro, I try with a fresh install, but after install and plugin/sources configuration, I click on Data->Statistics Database, and I obtain this error.

After this (about 5 minutes) the program try to resetting statistics, but crash.

And this is the task manager, to show how much resource the program takes while is compiling statistics (327 MB of ram and 50% of an Athlon 64 4800+ Dual Core Processor):

This phase continue for about 10-15 minutes.

I installed Graphweather fresh with the issue I had when I upgraded. It does the same the when you try and click on Data->Statistics Database, and I obtain the same error as Andrea75 in his post. But when mine tries to rebuild stats it took over 30 minutes and it goes over 600,000 KB. Just an update. Just for info I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3 with Intel Dual Core 2.333GHZ and 4 Gigs of Memory.
