Problem with database

Hi Antoine, with new version (2.0.245b) I have a problem with statistic database: when I click to data->Statistics Database I receive the error "An unsupported operation was attempted". After some minutes GW try to make the DB, but at the end, when bar is full, the software freeze and I have to force the closing. The problem begin again when I open the program again.

I use the WsWin plugin.

This is a summary of my notes concerning the database issue (translation from french topic):
- I set the database update each 10 minutes
- at time zero, GW updates the statistics files correctly
- Then GW seems running in a endless loop. the status bar stay on the screen and it is impossible to use GW.
- During this "loop", GW doesn't send any more datas on internet.
- At the next database update (time + 10 min), GW runs again, the endless loop stop, but the database isn't updated
- And 10 min later (time+20min), a new database update starts, and the same path occurs : update, endless loop, and so on.

I hope it will help to analyze the problem.

No news for this problem? I have to reinstall the old version? This is the only solution?

Hi,

Finally I succed using the new 245b version. I set the database update at 60 minutes.
It slows down considerably my computer during 15 to 20 minutes but it works more or less.

I hope the problem will be solve in the next release.
