I noticed today that the Heat index is off by about 10 degree (higher) and it goes back to the older version 1.6

I am not sure to understand. I have added two new options to disable the range between Wind Chill and Heat Index are calculated.

The norm is :
Wind chill available if T<5C and V>5km/h
Heat Index available if T>25C

If you want you can disable the norm and WC HI will be always calculated.

Thanks, by checking the "Heat Index available if T>25C" brought the numbers to what they should be. Also noticed that the memory useage has gone way down since this last upgrade.
