Plantage lors du transfert FTP

Bonsoir,

j'ai installé GW depuis une dizaine de jours, et je n'avais pas de souci particulier avec l'installation ou le fonctionnement. Je démarre le PC samedi matin (hier) et depuis, GW plante à chaque fois que je fais un transfert FTP. Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce souci ?

Merci de votre aide, car j'ai beau chercher depuis 2 j, et je ne trouve pas de solution.

Je suis sous Windows XP, SP3

Station VP1 filaire

Salut,

Regardes déjà dans le répertoire Logs de GW, il y a un fichier FTP-Exports.log.
Dans ce fichier tu vas voir les erreurs de transfert.

As-tu IE 11 installé sur ton PC ?

non, je viens de désinstaller GW en réservant le fichier config, et je l'ai réinstallé. Cela fonctionne de nouveau. Est-ce lié au changement de mois? très curieux...

bonsoir, moi aussi, j'ai le même problème depuis le 27/02/2014 exactement, j'ai bien essayer de réinstallé GW, mais rien y fait !!quelqu’un aurait une idée ? merci

j'ai le même problème de mon coté : plus de transfert depuis le 26/02/14, j'avais déjà désinstallé IE11 qui m'avait posé des problèmes à l'époque, et je viens même de désinstaller une mise à jour Windows qui aurait pu être à l'origine de ce souci ( KB2923545 )

bonsoir, problème résolu après scan anti-virus complet+restauration du système !maintenant tout va bien !!!!
