auto update statistics - Solved

Hi,
I need your help again, please.
I have a La Crosse ws2800 meteo station.
I use Heavy Weather and Graph Weather 2.0.321.
I have a netbook with windows xp home edition
I have an issue with the auto update of statistics.
After every startup of GW i have the auto stat update and the auto stat upload.
Sometime I have a second stat update but that's it!
GW continues to work well with real-time data but does not update and does not send any statistics.
GW uploads well all the data and all the graphics i planned but they are without update and GW does not upload the statistic folder.
If i close GW and startup again it updates all the data and it uploads every things also the statistics folder; but again it stops the update and it still to upload the exact real time data but the graphics uploaded are not updated and it does not upload the statistics folder.
Could you help me please?

I thought it was a computer problem so I installed everything on a desktop PC with windows 7. I started GW on windows xp SP3 mode.
Unfortunately I have the same problem.
GW works but after the initial update it stops updating statistics. I have to forced clicking on "reset database from scratch" to manually update statistics.
All other GW functions work perfectly .
Please I need help!

I tried also GraphWeather 3.0.15.
Unfotunately i have the same problem; the local files of the stats are not updated automaticaly.
Please , I need your help!

Buongiorno,
would you mind to post FTP log contents as there may be valuable information inside.
Is local statistics directory content correct ? ( NOAA, year/month subdirectories)

Did you have a look at the event observer in the administration tools, there might have also some info in it.

On such a small machine, I would recommend to use V3 which is less resources consuming than 2.xx
What is the computer RAM size. In my opinion, without any garantee of course, I have the feeling that you are faced whith resources problem, HW being processor heavy loader. Did you take a look at processor occupation ?

Without more details, it is not going to be easy to fix this problem !

Don't worry, I do prefer this situation, as long as GW is not involved
Plse modify the title of your first post to add "resolved". (I could have done it, but it's better that you update it by yourself)
