Décalage de 10mn lors des transferts de données

Bonjour à tous ,
depuis l'installation de GW 3.0.15 , j'ai constaté un décalage de transfert des données de GW de 10mn voire 15mn .
Y aurait-il un paramètrage à faire dans GW 3 ?
D'après des membres , cela ne se produisait pas dans la version 2 de GW .
Auriez-vous une petite idée pour résoudre ce petit problème svp ?

Salut,
tu entends quoi par décalage ?
Si tu envoie tes graphiques toutes les 15 minutes, tu as effectivement un décalage qui varie en fonction de la mise à jour des valeurs dans ton fichier source, mais c'est idem entre GW2 et GW3

les graphiques sont envoyés toutes les 5 mn tout comme le fichier data.txt .
C'est pour cela que je ne comprends pas un tel décalage

je ne suis pas sûr de bien comprendre (pas très doué ) toutes les 5 mn

tu as mis un transfert toutes les 5 minutes, mais si tu transfert beaucoup de fichier il se peux qu'il soit occupé à transférer des autres graphiques et que le temps soit plus long que tes 5 minutes.
regarde se qu'il se passe dans le fichier FTP-Export.log qui est dans le répertoire Loges de GW
Tu as la trace de tous les exports avec la date et l'heure
