Has anyone been able to get EN-3.0.27 beta to work? I cannot. Error says "Graphweather.exe has stopped working"

1. I've downloaded the d3dx9_43.dll file from this forum.
2. Copied GraphWeather.exe, GWCore.dll, LanguageEn.dll and all plugins * .dll files from 3.0.27 to my en_3.0.16 ...

Lately with GW Ver 3.0.15 I'm getting errors with any graph created. Please assist. Thank you.

I found the problem. I needed to update GW to Version 3. Found it in a post: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=3131

I'm looking for assistance to get the solar/uv files from WD 92015vantangelogcsv.csv to display in GW.

I have option 1 setup the same as the base. I've selected solar =6 and uv=7. See attachment..

Below here is the csv log.

I'm having an issue with GW using the Weather Display moyyyylgcsv.csv or even the moyyyylg.txt log files. I end up getting an error in French. At this point I end up having to completely remove GW and start over. When I re-install GW the wizard doesn't even give you a choice to select csv ...
