Salut Stéphane,
C'est surement une feuille de style qui plante, regarde dans le fichier log "FTP-Exports.log" pour voir à quel moment ça plante.
regarde si tu as une erreur du style

Avec ou sans la nouvelle version, j'ai ce message depuis peu:
Main thread stopped due to an error. Unable to send buffer.La session FTP a été interrompue
Je stoppe, je relance et malgré tout on revient toujours un moment ou à un autre à ça.
